collection: physically pick up passport and it took 45mins...
singaporean passport
process: online
duration of process: 10mins
documents: none
waiting time: 2 weeks
passport pages: 64
price & payment: $70, credit card
collection: physically pick up passport which took only 10mins max..
sigh......malaysia..malaysia..come on!

hahahah renewed mine in 05..i went to welly, took me 20 mins at high comm, i only needed my passport and IC, waited 2 months and it was delivered to Auckland by one of the high comm guys along with 100+ other passports for Aucklanders. and i could pay by eftpos. HAHAHAHAH how times have changed.
